The LAVENTURE watches are 2 years warranty. After-sales service is at La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland. This service is done in the same place and by the same people as the production, thus guaranteeing an excellent knowledge of the product. If you would like to have your watch repaired, please contact our After Sales Service (contact@laventure.swiss). We will inform you directly of the procedure for sending your watch for repair.

Where can I buy a LAVENTURE watch ?

LAVENTURE watches are only sold online via this website. The margin scheme of LAVENTURE does not allow to go through the path of conventional resellers / distributors.

The LAVENTURE watches come out of the factory in La Chaux-De-Fonds in Switzerland to go directly to the end customer.

Where are the LAVENTURE watches sent from ?

The LAVENTURE watches are sent from La Chaux-De-Fonds in Switzerland by FedEx.

Can any taxes / fees be applied upon delivery of a LAVENTURE watch ?

Expedition fees are offered. The LAVENTURE watches are produced and sent from Switzerland therefore sold without taxes. Non-Swiss customers must pay any customs fees and taxes applicable to their region.
